Ingredents:
potatoes
bacon
sour cream - about 1/2 cup
green onions, chopped
cheddar cheese, shredded - save some for the tops
salt and pepper
Directions:
I bake my potatoes on the racks after I've spread oil on them. 350 for about an hour.
Cut them in half and scoop out insides. In a mixing bowl, mix potatoes and other ingredients. Scoop into skins and top with more cheese. Bake about half an hour until all melty.
